Roni Saris leads the Retail Consultancy and High Street Leasing divisions, specializing in tenant representation across high streets and shopping centers. Leveraging his in-depth real estate expertise and an extensive nationwide network, he delivers up-to-date market insights and strategic retail advisory services to both local and international brands.
Besides, Roni provides strategic guidance to investors of shopping centers, offering insights on concept development, brand mix, and leasing strategies. He oversees and executes the entire leasing process on behalf of investors, ensuring that properties achieve their maximum asset value.
With significant experience in retail consultancy and the broader real estate sector, Roni has successfully advised numerous investors, landlords, as well as respected retailers, supporting them through property development processes, expansion strategies, and lease acquisitions within the local market.
Sayat Délice, MSc, CRRP
Sayat Delice leads the Retail Development Services division, providing agency and advisory services to retailers and property developers across Turkey and international markets.
He has extensive experience in the acquisition and disposal of assets on prime retail streets and has advised numerous individual and institutional property owners and investors in their decision-making processes.
Sayat has played a key role in the opening of many shopping centers, contributing through concept development, functional planning and leasing consultancy for retailers. He possesses in-depth knowledge of market entry strategies and retail real estate expansion across Turkey, the CIS, and GCC regions.
